Vienna airport (VIE)
VIE has its own airport railway station – Flughafen Wien – from which the city is in easy reach. The loco-hauled City Airport Train (CAT) links it to Wien Mitte in 16 minutes, departing every half an hour using class 1016 power, whereas Railjets run to Wien Hbf and beyond. There is a slower-but-cheaper S-Bahn EMU option too.
