223 152 of IntEgro is seen on hire to ALEX for use on München to Lindau passenger services, 10/02/18 (JW)
DE2000-03 (223 055) – now one of the 223s used on the Leipzig to Chemnitz route – is seen in a previous life, whilst employed on passenger duty on the Hamburg-Westerland “Marschbahn” route with the erstwhile Nord-Ostsee-Bahn. Itzehoe, 19/05/12 (JW)

2016 073 arrives at Simbach in Germany, with a München to Linz via Mühldorf working; these locos no longer work west of this station on passenger trains. 17/06/10. (JW)

Forthcoming Charter Train Workings
A currently-unspecified class 223 has been advertised as working a charter train from Schwarzenberg to Saal an der Donau on Saturday 2nd June 2018.
